About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer / General Manager – NDIS Operations will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and reviewing the overall operations of the organisation. The role will provide executive leadership across multi-site NDIS operations, including NSW-based facilities and interstate/regional service operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the directors and senior management team and will oversee major business functions, including regional operations, finance, compliance, human resources, service delivery, intake and administration, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and business growth. This role requires a senior leader who can manage the organisation through managers and departmental leaders, rather than directly performing frontline service delivery functions.

Due to continued growth and operational expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer / General Manager – NDIS Operations to lead the organisation’s strategic, operational, financial and compliance functions.
This is a senior executive position with whole-of-business responsibility across a regulated disability services environment.
