Organisation and Methods Analyst

This role is suited to a professional with strong analytical capability and commercial insight who can identify inefficiencies, review workflow systems, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Reviewing current business workflows, reporting structures, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Analysing internal systems, data processes, and business performance metrics
• Consulting with management and staff to understand operational challenges and recommend process improvements
• Designing and implementing revised procedures, reporting frameworks, and workflow solutions
• Preparing written reports, recommendations, and implementation plans for senior management
• Monitoring the effectiveness of newly implemented systems and making further refinements where required
• Assisting with organisational restructuring, role allocation, and process standardisation initiatives
• Supporting management in strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Developing policies, procedure manuals, and internal control frameworks
• Conducting periodic business reviews to ensure systems remain aligned with company objectives

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in business process analysis, operational review, or organisational improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas
• Experience with workflow systems, reporting tools, and business improvement methodologies
